14 month back I was taken a credit card loan of amount $2100.I was paying that monthly installment without any fail for long time. But I missed one installment in one month.

The Bank person called me and then started to shout on me and then used slang to me.

After that I stopped the installment and then Bank person called many time I asked them to give me written that they wil never use slang. I will start the payment.

After that they have not contacted me. But I don't know if they contact me in future with huge bills.

Please suggest anyone about this matter.

You need to call your creditor and solve the issue otherwise they can charge you a long bill after some year.
